The Security manager or his Assistant Manager will be responsible for nightly visits of a site.

Site Supervisors will be responsible for hourly visits of all guards and posts at a site.

All after hour complaints will be relayed via cell phone to Security Manager whom will be responsible for immediate action to address such a problem. 

Any guard found not performing his\her duties will be reprimanded in accordance with Security Regulatory rules and disciplinary actions will be taken against such individuals.
