DANGA will provide its own stationary and registers, meaning that the current service provider can make all relevant documents readily available to the client for safekeeping or inspection.

When DANGA Security starts at a site, new documentation will be introduced so that there can be no confusion between the previous service provider and the service that we will provide.

DANGA Security will give all staff, currently employed, the opportunity to hand in job Descriptions and CV's to DANGA. With this in mind, we will be able to distinguish which guards will be suitable to be employed by our company.

By the current guards handing us a proper CV, it will give us the chance to check the  person's work record with his current employer, and we will also check with PSIRA  to see whether the person is a registered guard or not.

Before employing such a person we will also do a proper security check to make sure of any  Criminal records against such a person.

After all proper security checks have been made, we at DANGA Management will decide if such an individual will fit in with our organization or not.
